Jason B. Meyer

“I am an entrepreneur. In addition to this law firm, I’ve founded three other privately-funded ventures, and I’ve served on the senior management teams of many more. I’ve pitched to angel investors and VCs. I’ve sweated out the day before payroll. I’ve enjoyed the thrill of seeing my ideas go to market and find popularity, and I’ve pivoted when they didn’t. I love the constant challenges and the limitless feel of opportunity, and I appreciate the risks.

So I built this law firm specifically to serve entrepreneurial businesses and the people who start and lead them. Our other professionals have their own entrepreneurial story. From this experience, we share the same mission: we want our firm to be an engine for your growth.”

– Jason B. Meyer, Founder and Principal Lawyer
